商务签证面试怎么回答？

When can we see the passport？ When do i get a VISA？ Can someone help me with translation please？ Please speak slowly...I am trying hard！！ But when I say it back， they won't understand either way！ This happened last year on the flight from Beijing to Hong Kong…it was like Chinese whispers but worse！ The result was a lot of eye rolling and hand waving which made them feel better but didn't actually solve anything because nobody knew what had been said at any stage during our conversation！ My best advice would be： try really， REALLY hard but accept early on if they don't want to hear what you are saying！

If you think English is an issue then you need to make sure both written and spoken Chinese are good as well！ A great trick is to practise writing out answers to common questions beforehand， including the dates etc， in Chinese and English so when asked by the agent， even if they can\'t understand what you say， they CAN read the answer！ Make sure all the important details stay in！ Also check that there aren't spelling mistakes or typos in Chinese as these could end up being misinterpreted too！
7. In general though， the best thing to do is prepare everything possible before arrival． You should already know where you will be based， how long for and who you will work with prior to leaving and also why you wish to come． That is what people are looking for anyway！ Prepare a list with all the reasons why you deserve a VISA and print off copies in English and Chinese！ Keep those copies in front of you whilst discussing things with agents！ It helps them remember what you told them AND makes their job easier as you take over most of the speaking！ They can just write down some stuff now
