卡迪夫大学有设计专业吗？
有的，卡迪夫大学的设计学院是全英第一（2018GSD），也是全欧洲最大的设计教学和研究基地之一。 以下为我喜欢的几个design project by UCAD students/graduates~
1.Cardiff Bay Pier 卡迪夫滨海码头 This was a three-day design project for our ‘Design Solutions’ course， in which student groups presented designs and solutions that could revolutionise the way we travel to and from the coasts of Wales. The winning group's design will be made into a realizable plan for consideration by Cardiff Council.
2.Capsule House 胶囊屋 This is an example of a final year design project in which students designed and built small houses as part of a team with a specific brief and set of constraints. More details about this project can be found on the Capsule House blog written by the students who worked on it.
3.Utopia 乌托邦 We were given a number of design challenges at the start of the academic year， but one of our main tasks over the next ten weeks was to research how design can be used to create utopian societies – something that has fascinated me since I first started studying design. Our project considered the implications of technology， sustainability and social behaviour within a community， and included the development of an entire eco-village complete with housing， workshops， renewable energy source and water treatment plant. Below are just some of my favourite images created during the project， along with the model itself， which measured almost two square metres.
