最新英国签证多次往返？
在2015年7月1日，英国移民法进行了更新（Immigration Rules），新规则对“visa routes”的分类有了更改，并且添加了许多新的种类 因此之前通过Tier 4 student来申请PSW visa的学生现在可以通过Tier 4 General route继续留在英国生活和工作两年了！ 那么对于Tier 4 General， Tier 4 Child和Tier 4 Scluar route来说，他们有什么区别呢？ T4 Genral，Child 和Scluar的区别在于，Scluar route适用于那些已经有雇主并且得到英国雇主永久性聘书的外国雇员；而T4 General route适合于任何在英国有学习意向的申请者，包括那些打算读一年制硕士课程的申请者；而对于T4 Child route则只适用于那些年龄在未满18周岁的学生的父母所申请的签证。
三种签证都适用于在英工作，但是值得注意的是对于Scluar route的持有者的工作的工资必须达到不低于英镑1305/月的标准；这种类型的人还必须证明他们拥有足够的资金来支持他们在英国的居留，而且这笔金额不得少于一万五英镑——这项规定适用于整个在英国的留学期间。 而对于Tier Four Genera和Tier Four Child这两种类型的签证申请人而言，只需要满足规定的最低的资金数额即可。 需要指出的是，这三种签证都不允许获得永居或者公民身份。
